B.R.A.G. Medallion

I am pleased to announce that Whispers Across A Sea has been awarded a B.R.A.G. Medallion! Operated by indieBRAG, LLC, BRAGmedallion.com reviews self-published books. The word “indie” refers to self-published books, while B.R.A.G. is an acronym for Book Readers Appreciation Group. The B.R.A.G. Medallion is a certification trademark awarded to books after careful review who deserve award recognition and exposure for excellent work by authors in the independent indie-market.

The reviewers gave Whispers 5 stars for the cover, plot, characters, dialog, writing style, chapters, copy editing, content editing, formatting and one 4 star for the title. This very exciting award will give Whispers greater recognition and exposure to a wider audience.

Familiar book “clubs” like NYT Book Review, Oprah, Reese Witherspoon Book Club, etc. review books published by large traditional publishing houses. However, they do not review any self-published “indie” books.

Thus, I am grateful to BRAG Medallion, as are other self-published authors, for reviewing and awarding excellent books in the indie-market.
